After more than a year in our new home, we thought it was
time to reflect back on our building experience in the form of this letter
of thanks to you and your organization. Let us start out by saying how
happy we are with our new home. The fit and finish is nothing short of
impressive. We still discover details where keen attention was paid to
quality, fit and finish. From the time we first met with you to
discuss "turning our dreams into reality" to moving day, we still can't
believe how painless and trouble free the whole building process really was.
Kudos to Tom, Diane, and Emily for their attention to detail in monitoring
building progress along with handling day to day paperwork. Your site
foremen, John and Brian, along with Vern and the rest of your carpenters
were a pleasure to work with. They are to be commended for keeping the
job in focus and on schedule, while offering suggestions to make the house
an even better finished product. Last but not least, your
sub-contractors. All of you subs I dealt with were very courteous and
cordial not to mention accommodation in our decision making. They also
have been very timely with any questions I've had along with addressing any
housekeeping items.

I just wanted to formally Thank you for doing such a fine job with our
kitchen and bathroom remodel. Your attention to detail and willingness
to go the extra mile were most appreciated. The sub-contractors you
hired were all very professional in their demeanor and the project was only
minimally inconvenient (when it came to being without a kitchen). I

the excellent job you did on the remodeling project on our home. My

the job. When making the decision to hire a builder
for our project we relied on comments we had heard form our friends and from
your previous clients and we are very happy that we chose Jim Reif Builders.
You can be sure that we will do what we can to let people

Kenny and I would like to thank you and your employees for
everything you have done in helping us build the home of our dreams.
From the very beginning, you and Diane have made us feel very comfortable in
making all the right decisions, nothing was left to chance.
We have now been in our new home for six months, and we still
can not believe how beautiful it turned out, everything is just perfect.
From the cabinets, the woodwork, the lights in the ceiling, the floors; you
were with us all the way steering us in the right direction. The
workmanship you put into this house can not be beat.
