Jim Reif, President/Owner

Jim founded the business in May of 1994, A native of the Lakeshore area, Jim worked for several contractors gaining 25 years of experience working on some of the finest homes in the Lakeshore.  Jim has either constructed or worked on different plans of over 300 Homes

Tom Arndt, Construction Manager

Tom joined the company in April of 1999.  Prior to that Tom worked for a local lumberyard in sales & estimating.  Tom focuses his attention to architectural design services, utilizing Softplan CAD software, as well as project estimating & coordination.

• Graduated of the University of WI - Milwaukee's School of Architecture & Urban Planning with a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies

• Volunteer firefighter for Rockwood Fire Department and currently standing as the department's President

• Active member of St. Mary Church community

• Continuing Education:  Completed a 7 month course in Egan Minnesota on project estimating, business management, customer relations
